The Middle East Excellence Awards Institute granted the Saudiբոսաշրջության և հնաոճ իրերի սաուդյան հանձնաժողով (SCTA) the award of the best electronic portal in the field of knowledge and information. His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, president of SCTA, received the award from Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, vice president of support, which had been received during a ceremony, held in Dubai last week to honor the winners of the Middle East for Excellence in e-Government services and information technology.

The triumph of SCTA for this award is consistent with its excellent achievements in the field of electronic services, escorting with the international competitiveness in this field, following best practices of e-government services in information and communications technology through programs and services adopted by SCTA, which contributed to its excellence in this area and has an important role in spreading the culture of digital literacy and e-transformation.

The award was handed over to Dr. Al Sheik by Dr. Anwar Ibrahim, former deputy pime minister of Malaysia and minister of environment and water of United Arab Emirates.
